Every piece of Zhengxin equipment undergoes rigorous quality inspection and meticulous packaging before leaving the factory. From hoisting and packing to shipping, we document every detail with our cameras to ensure the equipment arrives safely in your hands.

All Zhengxin machines come with a 1-year warranty, starting from the date of installation completion. During the warranty period, any parts that fail due to quality issues will be replaced free of charge, with express shipping arranged for the replacement parts. Normal wear-and-tear items are not covered under warranty.
