Side Gusset Bag with Online Handle Solution FAQ

A

The ZXL-G700 is specifically designed for producing side gusset bags (organ bags) with online handle attaching. It can produce both laminated and ordinary non-woven side gusset bags, making it ideal for applications such as food delivery insulation bags, tool packaging, and retail shopping bags.

A

The machine handles fabric roll widths of 500–1150mm, produces bags with heights of 300–700mm and widths of 200–400mm, and supports side gusset sizes of 60–200mm. The handle length ranges from 380–600mm, with material thickness of 50–100g/m². Production speed is 60–100 bags per minute.

A

Ultrasonic welding uses high-frequency vibrations to bond the zipper tape to the non-woven fabric without the need for adhesives or thread. The welding power can be adjusted based on material thickness — thicker materials require higher power, while thinner materials need lower power to achieve a secure seal.

A

The machine processes non-woven spunbond fabric made from PP, PET, and blends. It supports both standard non-woven and laminated materials. The material thickness range is 50–100g/m², making it suitable for a wide variety of shopping and promotional bag applications.

A

The ZXL-G700 operates at 60–100 bags per minute. Actual production speed depends on factors such as bag size, material thickness, and handle type. For larger bag dimensions or heavier materials, the machine may run at the lower end of the speed range to maintain quality and precision. The machine integrates mechanical, electrical, optical, and pneumatic systems for stable, high-volume output.
