Screen printing uses a mesh stencil to apply vibrant, durable ink layers and is ideal for bold logos and small to medium batches. Flexo printing uses flexible plates and fast-drying inks for high-speed, cost-effective large-volume production. Gravure printing uses engraved cylinders to produce high-precision, multi-color designs with fine detail, making it suitable for complex, large-area patterns.

Consider three key factors: batch size – screen printing is cost-effective for small to medium runs, while flexo printing is more economical for large volumes; design complexity – screen printing excels at bold colors and simple designs, flexo handles consistent designs well, and gravure delivers the highest precision for multi-color, detailed artwork; and color requirements – single or dual-color screen printing machines like the ZXH-A/B series are available, while gravure printing supports up to 8 colors for complex branding needs.

Zhengxin printing machines are specifically designed for non-woven fabrics (spunbond PP, PET, RPET) with a weight range of 30–150 g/m². They can also print on coated non-woven, laminated materials, and other flexible packaging substrates with appropriate configurations. The machines support various bag types including D-cut, W-cut, box-type, gusseted, and loop handle bags. For RPET materials, we recommend using inks that are fully compatible with recycled fabrics and conducting adhesion tests before production.

Yes, our printing machines are designed for both inline and offline configurations. They can be integrated directly with Zhengxin bag making machines for one-step production from raw material to finished printed bag, or used as standalone units to serve multiple production lines. Key factors affecting print quality and durability include ink type – water-based or eco-friendly inks are typically preferred for environmental sustainability and adhesion to non-woven fabrics; drying/curing system – effective drying prevents smudging and ensures a smooth, durable finish; registration accuracy – gravure printing achieves ±0.1mm precision for fine details; fabric pretreatment – non-woven fabrics should be cleaned, dried, and surface-treated before printing to remove dust and ensure optimal ink adhesion; and regular maintenance – cleaning screens, squeegees, and rollers prevents ink buildup and contamination. We also recommend requesting a sample test before full production to evaluate print quality on your specific materials.
