Bag mouth folding and sealing by ultrasonic welding, Photocell eye for printing colour mark tracking, Custom-made sealing mould is available.
Online handle attaching
Handle sealing and attaching by ultrasonic welding, Adjusted by touch screen, man-machine interface: touch screen, Motion control: PLC.
Fabric feeding part
Stepping motor and rubber roller for fabric feeding.
Non woven fabric cross folding part
Stainless steel (triangular form) for fabric cross folding, Manual web guider.
Bag bottom / side Gusset part
Feeding and computer length fixed by stepping motor, photocell eye tracking, bottom and side gusset making, and the side sealing of T-shirt bag by ultrasonic.
