The ZXL-E700 Ultra is a 5-in-1 nonwoven bag making machine designed for flexible production of box bags, handle bags, flat bags and drawstring bags. It integrates fabric feeding, folding, gusset forming, ultrasonic sealing, online handle attaching, cutting and collection into one continuous production line.
The machine supports bag widths from 100 to 800 mm and production speeds of 40–120 pieces per minute. Its integrated handle attaching unit can produce handles from 380 to 600 mm in length, helping manufacturers reduce separate handling steps and improve production consistency.

Non-woven fabric cross-folding device with easy adjustment, which makes the bog mouth neat even without moving the whole machine.
Feeding and computer length fixed by stepping motor, photocell eye tracking, bottom and side gusset making, and the side sealing of T-shirt bag by ultrasonic.
The function of the box bag includes three-dimensional, triangle sealing by ultrasonic, PET film unwinding and rewinding, and a D-cut punching unit. The gusset size of the box bag ranges from 80mm to 160 MM, custom made gusset sizes up to 300mm.
The automatic integration ultrasonic handle sealing device adopts PLC motion control and a touch-screen man-machine interface, with easy operation and auto-stop when there is no material. Handle feeding and length are fixed by a stepping motor; high stability, handle attaching speed up to 75 pcs/min.
The function includes bag side sealing, cutting, and collection. Adjustable photoelectric sensor for printing color mark tracking, triangle removal by punching unit, and a durable cold cutter.
Adopts two Taiwan-brand ultrasonic welding systems (horn 300mm), different specs of ultrasonic can be used to meet different nonwoven fabric GSMs.
