Product Introduction
The ZXL-BS700 series is a customized nonwoven bag making machine developed for producing fruit protection bags and other agricultural covering bags. It converts roll-fed nonwoven material through feeding, folding, bottom forming, ultrasonic sealing, cutting and collection according to the required bag design.
The ZXL-BS700 supports fabric rolls from 500 to 1300 mm wide and bag heights from 200 to 580 mm. The wider ZXL-BS800 supports roll widths up to 1600 mm and bag heights up to 680 mm. Both models produce bag widths from 100 to 1200 mm at rated speeds of 40–60 pieces per minute.
The machine processes nonwoven materials from 20 to 100 g/m². Bag dimensions, folding structure, bottom configuration and sealing layout can be adapted according to the fruit type, covering method and customer sample.
It is suitable for factories producing orchard fruit protection bags, agricultural crop covers and customized nonwoven protective packaging.
