Product Introduction

The ZXQ-CS1200 is a customized nonwoven converting machine that combines roll feeding, online handle attaching, hook-and-loop tape sewing, length control, cross-cutting and finished-piece collection in one production process.

The machine supports fabric rolls from 600 to 1250 mm wide, cutting widths from 600 to 1200 mm and feeding lengths from 100 to 800 mm. It is designed for nonwoven materials from 60 to 120 g/m² and handle materials from 50 to 100 g/m².

Online handle positioning and sewing reduce the need for separate manual handle processing. The additional hook-and-loop tape sewing section supports bag designs that require a reusable closure or reinforced opening structure.

The ZXQ-CS1200 is suitable for customized insulated bags, cooler bags, gift bags, wine bags and other thick-material nonwoven products. Final machine configuration should be confirmed according to the finished bag sample, handle structure, tape position, material specification and required output.

Get in touch
What processes are integrated into the ZXQ-CS1200?
A

The ZXQ-CS1200 combines roll feeding, material positioning, online handle attaching, hook-and-loop tape feeding and sewing, length control, cross-cutting and finished-piece collection in one customized production line. The final process layout is configured according to the required bag structure.

What materials can the machine process?
A

The machine is designed for main materials from approximately 60 to 120 g/m² and handle materials from 50 to 100 g/m². It may also process insulation-layer materials used in cooler or thermal bags, subject to confirmation of the material structure, thickness, stiffness and sewing requirements.

What material widths and feeding lengths are supported?
A

The machine supports fabric rolls from 600 to 1250 mm wide, feeding lengths from 100 to 800 mm and cutting widths from 600 to 1200 mm. The final working range should be confirmed according to the bag layout, handle position, seam allowance and material structure.

How are the handles attached during production?
A

Handle material is fed, measured and positioned online before being attached or reinforced as part of the continuous production process. The machine supports handle lengths from 350 to 600 mm. The attachment position and sewing pattern are configured according to the finished bag sample.

What is the hook-and-loop tape sewing section used for?
A

The hook-and-loop tape sewing section adds a reusable closure to the bag opening or another specified position. Tape width, length, placement and sewing pattern can be adapted for insulated bags, cooler bags, gift bags and other customized reusable bag designs.

What production speed can be expected?
A

The rated operating speed is approximately 10–13 m/min. Actual output depends on the feeding length, material stiffness, handle structure, hook-and-loop tape position, sewing pattern, cutting setup and finished-piece collection requirements.

What information is required for a custom configuration?
A

Please provide a finished bag sample, photo or technical drawing, together with the main material and insulation-layer specifications, bag dimensions, handle length and position, hook-and-loop tape size and location, required output, power supply and available factory space.

What installation and technical support are available?
A

Zhengxin can provide installation guidance, commissioning support, operating manuals, operator training, maintenance instructions and remote troubleshooting. On-site service, warranty coverage, spare parts and travel arrangements should be confirmed in the sales contract.
