Product Introduction
This machine is an advanced specialized non-woven cross-cutting equipment that has the function of auto-bonding the handle loop while slicing (speed up to 10pcs/min). It is mainly used in the production of manual non-woven sealing bags, wine bags, and gift bags, etc., which largely improves production efficiency reduce the labor intensity and cost.
This machine adopts a computer control system, stepping motor cutting control system, photoelectric tracking, auto rectifying deviation, no material alarming, main motor frequency conversion speed control, tension control, and ultrasonic welding, etc.
After the month folding, welding the double handle loop on the material by two side handle bonding machine, and then cutting.
Adopts a quality cutting knife,wear-resistant, durable, product cutting is tidy and beautiful.
Simple operation, only one person is needed to operate the machine.

The ZXQ-CS1200 combines roll feeding, opening-edge folding, online handle positioning, ultrasonic handle welding, length control, cross-cutting, counting and finished-piece collection in one production line. The process layout can be adjusted according to the required bag structure.
What materials can the machine process?

The machine is designed for roll-fed nonwoven material with a material weight of approximately 35–120 g/m². Handle material from 50–100 g/m² can be processed for online loop-handle attachment. Final compatibility should be confirmed according to the fabric composition, surface treatment, stiffness and ultrasonic welding performance.
What material widths and feeding lengths are supported?

The ZXQ-CS1200 supports fabric rolls from 500 to 1250 mm wide, feeding lengths from 280 to 800 mm and cutting widths from 500 to 1200 mm. The usable range should be confirmed according to the finished bag dimensions, folded opening, handle position and cutting allowance.
How are the loop handles attached online?

Handle material is fed, measured and positioned on both sides of the main fabric before being bonded by ultrasonic welding. The machine supports handle lengths from 350 to 600 mm. Handle spacing, position and welding pattern are configured according to the finished bag sample.
What bag products is this machine suitable for?

The machine is suitable for producing cut nonwoven bag panels with online loop handles, including gift bags, wine bags, shopping bags and other customized bags that require subsequent manual or separate-process side and bottom sealing.
