The ZXQ-C1200 is a customized nonwoven converting machine that combines roll feeding, opening-edge folding, online double-handle positioning, ultrasonic handle welding, length control, cross-cutting, counting and finished-piece collection.
It supports fabric rolls from 500 to 1250 mm wide, feeding lengths from 280 to 800 mm and cutting widths from 500 to 1200 mm. The rated production speed is 40–100 pieces per minute, depending on the cutting length, material weight and handle configuration.
The machine processes nonwoven material from 35 to 120 g/m² and handle material from 50 to 100 g/m². Double soft loop handles from 350 to 600 mm long can be positioned and ultrasonically welded onto the material before cutting.
Photoelectric tracking, automatic web correction, tension control, frequency-controlled drive and no-material alarms help maintain stable feeding and repeatable handle positioning. The ZXQ-C1200 is suitable for producing cut panels for nonwoven wine bags, gift bags, shopping bags and other manually or separately finished handle-bag products.

Photoelectric tracking, automatic web correction and magnetic-powder tension control help maintain stable material feeding. The unit can also complete opening-edge folding and ultrasonic sealing according to the required bag structure.
The handle section feeds, positions and ultrasonically welds double soft loop handles onto both sides of the nonwoven material before cross-cutting. Handle length and spacing are configured according to the finished bag design.
The cross-cutting unit uses a wear-resistant cutting blade to produce clean, consistent edges. Finished pieces are then counted and collected for the next bag-forming or sealing process.

The ZXQ-C1200 combines roll feeding, opening-edge folding, web guiding, online double-handle positioning, ultrasonic handle welding, length control, cross-cutting, counting and finished-piece collection.
The machine is designed for roll-fed nonwoven material from approximately 35 to 120 g/m². Handle material from 50 to 100 g/m² can be used for online soft loop handle welding. Final compatibility depends on material composition, stiffness and ultrasonic bonding performance.
The ZXQ-C1200 supports fabric rolls from 500 to 1250 mm wide, feeding lengths from 280 to 800 mm and cutting widths from 500 to 1200 mm. The final working range should be confirmed according to the folded opening, handle position and finished bag dimensions.
Handle material is fed, measured and positioned on both sides of the main fabric before being bonded by ultrasonic welding. The machine supports handle lengths from 350 to 600 mm, with spacing and welding positions configured according to the bag sample.
It is suitable for producing cut nonwoven panels with online soft loop handles for wine bags, gift bags, shopping bags and other bag products that require subsequent side sealing, bottom sealing or manual finishing.
The rated production speed is approximately 40–100 pieces per minute. Actual output depends on the feeding length, material weight, handle length, welding cycle, cutting setup and collection requirements.
Please provide a finished bag sample, photo or drawing, together with the material type and weight, roll width, cutting length, bag width, folded opening size, handle material, handle length and position, required output and factory power supply.
