Product Introduction
The ZXL-R800 is a customized nonwoven converting machine developed for producing foldable storage boxes, storage bins and fabric organizers with online handle attaching.
The machine processes roll-fed nonwoven material through feeding, positioning, folding, handle placement, handle attaching, length control, cutting and finished-piece collection. The exact process layout is configured according to the storage box structure and the required downstream assembly method.
It supports fabric rolls from 600 to 1600 mm wide, finished product widths from 280 to 780 mm and heights from 100 to 800 mm. Rated production speed is 30–75 pieces per minute when processing nonwoven materials from approximately 50 to 80 g/m².
Box dimensions, folding layout, side-panel structure, handle material, handle length, handle position and sealing arrangement can be customized according to the customer’s finished storage box sample or technical drawing.
