Feeding Parts

Fabric Folding Part
Non-woven fabric cross-folding device, easy adjustment, which makes the bag mouth neat, even without moving the whole machine.
Bottom/Gusset Insert Parts
Feeding and computer length fixed by stepping motor, photocell eye tracking, bottom and side gusset making, and the side sealing of the T-shirt bag by ultrasonic.
Bag Forming Parts
The function of the box bag is three-dimensional, with a triangle sealing by ultrasonic, PET film unwinding and rewinding, and a D-cut punching unit. Gusset size of box bag from 80 MM to 160 MM, custom-made gusset size up to 300 MM.
Handle Attaching Parts
The automatic integration ultrasonic handle sealing device adopts PLC motion control and touch screen man-machine interface, easy operation, and auto stop when there is no material. Handle feeding and length fix by stepping motor, high stability, handle attaching speed up to 75 pcs/min.
Bag Sealing & Cutting Part
The function of the bag is sealing, cutting, and collecting. Adjustable photoelectric sensor for printing color mark tracking, triangle removing by punching unit, and a durable cold cutter. Adopts two Taiwan brand ultrasonic welding systems (horn 300 MM), different specs of ultrasonic can be used to meet different non-woven fabric GSM.
