Folding Part
Non-woven fabric cross-folding device with easy adjustment, keeping the bag mouth neat even without moving the whole machine.
Bottom Insert & Edge Sewing
Feeding and computer length fixed by stepping motor, photocell eye tracking, bottom and side gusset making, and the side sealing of T-shirt bag by ultrasonic.
Sealing & Cutting Part
The function of Bag side sealing, cutting, and collection. Adjustable photoelectric sensor for printing color mark tracking and a durable cold cutter. Adopts a two-Taiwan-brand ultrasonic welding system(horn 300 MM), different specs of ultrasonic can be used to meet different nonwoven fabric GSMs.
