Product Introduction
The ZXL-I800 is designed for high-speed production of three-side-sealed nonwoven flower sleeves and floral packaging bags. It integrates material feeding, bag forming, three-side sealing and cutting into a continuous production process, helping packaging manufacturers achieve consistent bag dimensions and stable sealed edges.
The machine supports bag widths from 200 to 700 mm and bag heights from 100 to 380 mm, making it suitable for different bouquet sizes, flower arrangements and retail floral packaging requirements. With production speeds of 100–140 pieces per minute, it is well suited to flower sleeve manufacturers, floral packaging suppliers, flower wholesalers and high-volume packaging operations.
Compatible with nonwoven materials from 20 to 80 g/m², the ZXL-I800 can produce lightweight flower sleeves with a clean appearance and reliable sealing. Bag dimensions and material specifications should be confirmed according to the required finished sleeve structure, fabric characteristics and actual production conditions.
