Product Introduction
The ZXH-B1200 is an automatic two-color screen printing machine designed for roll-fed nonwoven fabric. It integrates fabric feeding, screen printing, drying and collection into a continuous production process, helping manufacturers produce two-color logos, text and large-format graphics with reduced manual handling.
The machine supports nonwoven rolls up to 1250 mm wide and 1100 mm in diameter. Its maximum printing size of 1100 × 1200 mm allows large graphics or multiple smaller patterns to be arranged within one printing area. It is suitable for nonwoven materials from 70 to 150 g/m².
Servo-controlled drive and registration systems help maintain stable print positioning during production. The machine can be combined with cross-cutting, slitting or nonwoven bag-making equipment according to the required production workflow.
