Product Introduction

The ZXN-B1250 series is an 8-color rotogravure printing machine designed for high-speed printing on flexible packaging materials. It supports BOPP, OPP, PET, PE, CPP, PVC, PP and paper, making it suitable for food packaging, daily-use packaging, labels and other roll-fed printed products.

The series provides a maximum material width of 1300 mm and a maximum printing width of 1250 mm. The ZXN-B1250C reaches printing speeds up to 200 m/min, while the ZXN-B1250ES-260 supports speeds up to 260 m/min. Vertical and horizontal registration accuracy is specified at ±0.1 mm.

The machine is intended for converters requiring multi-color continuous printing, stable web handling and consistent registration at industrial production speeds.
